the artist site was always a clone. its up to you to customize it.

you can close your store, it's the last icon on the first set of icons. but this will erase your stores.

Mike thanks...my premium site was totally customized with its own header etc. The header is gone and it is now generic.
There must have been a change some time back. Were headers banned on account of bogus scripting?

whereas here http://artist-name.artistwebsites.com/controlpanel/index.html?tab=memberhomepage I see no such link.

it might have been erased when we switched over to the new system. its a bit confusing to use, but its more customizable now. however we can't use really any code in the bio any more, which is annoying, because i wanted my stat counter to work.

the headers are still there though.

just keep in mind that if you do go back (and you'll have to contact them), you can only sell 25 images.

Thanks again Mike. I think I was using IFRAME code and accessing the header image on my server but I don't recall.

I have contacted them to cancel. For myself sales have been a waste of time given some of the massive views I generated.

There should really be a cancellation link on the premium sites. Failure to provide such is frustrating at best.

i don't think it allows that now. mostly because of people putting in viruses and other things. its internal now. there should be a bunch of things, like telling us before it will renew, or cancel back to basic. you can add these to the suggestion list.

thanks David. I am not interested in re-doing my site as it is an absolute waste of money and time.
I have made ONE sale of $4 in three years after 2,331,770 views. Thanks anyway.

but you still have to advertise and such. usually one sale means you didn't tell people where you were. your views seem a little unusually high... did you use a bot to inflate them? but in either case, views don't mean sales unless you show it to people that image. its true on any site.

also i clicked on a painting and it wasn't for sale. your best bet for sales are the paintings.
