This season will be setting up a booth with a friend and mutual photographer at a popular farmers market. They have one location on Friday evenings and another one on Saturday mornings. I had a few people purchase at the Friday night market and spoke with a lot of folks. The Saturday market wasn't as busy but both will pick up as the season progresses and more learn about the new Saturday location. With it being early in the season right now there is no booth fees and once it does pick up the fees are very reasonable. It will become good for offline selling and great for marketing offline as well.
Along with reaching out and spreading the word in public this year I also use social media and also some of the Facebook groups and even on a few Yahoo groups.
Hope it all comes together fast for you Jefferey and the snowball begins to roll! or should I say "The Music begins to get loud" since you are in the Nashville area? )
Liz yes US here and at most here but not all they do allow locally made items for sale. It gives folks a chance to support small mom and pop, small pop and pop and small mom and mom stores / businesses.
