Drop The "f"

"Fine" Art America. It seems that there are more photos and less fine art on FAA Anyone know the ratio between photographers and fine artists?

Perhaps FAA should drop the "F".

Maybe emphasize the A more.

Regardless of medium, the fact that anyone can post anything of any quality really does discredit the term "fine art".

Lol and consider this, I am not making art and I am not even an American :D But there is plenty of other domains, for example Earth Prints should have only pictures of Earth? Or Pixels , well everithing displayed digitally is made of pixels so I guess it is ok :D

That would be "Ine Art America". How much sense would that make.

For your information, fine art is also defined thusly

an activity requiring great skill or accomplishment.

I would say that is photography, digital art and most other things in this site
