Regardless of medium, the fact that anyone can post anything of any quality really does discredit the term "fine art".

Lol and consider this, I am not making art and I am not even an American :D But there is plenty of other domains, for example Earth Prints should have only pictures of Earth? Or Pixels , well everithing displayed digitally is made of pixels so I guess it is ok :D
