It depends on how much time you are willing to commit to promoting yourself. I spend at least two hours a day posting my images anywhere I can. I post on Facebook on here on Craigslist...all over! The more time you dedicate to posting your images everywhere u can get a chance, the better the results. I like to be a part of groups on here because I love looking at everyone's art. But it can also be a great promotional tool if one of the admins features your work. Entering contests are another great way. U just need to be persistent.

Once in a while I paint graffiti on public buildings. I definitely have gotten my work noticed including my name. Unfortunately, eighty year olds have a disadvantage. We can't out run the cops!

Thank you all for the comments! I have some experience of selling on the other site like this. Groups, contests, comments and shares are really helpful, but I am trying to move on and find additional ways of promotion. Sadly, it always takes much more time than art creation.

follow the links i posted. there are lots of ways to advertise, but only a few are free. for now update your avatar so your not blurred, it's a first impression thing. you have to get your name known and associated with your work. that's your main goal. doing a little bit each day is all you need. unless your good at face to face. and there are really no easy ways to do it, or no instant ways.
