What Happened To My Website?

I just joined in January here in January as a premium member. Then in February there was a second charge again stating "yearly premium". No big deal, I let that go. Yet now my website is deactivated for some reason and saying I must become a member to access it. Any one have a clue of what is going on? Are there renovations being made where It would be shut down? I had already started customizing and now it's gone????

Contact support...and getting charged twice in one year IS a big deal...You are due a refund and apology.

Something is kooky here. When I go to your site, I see all of your images. Or at least 202 images.

I just tried again, ugh! I added the screenshot up above. When I click onto log in, it brings a white screen saying website not available. This Is not a good day for me. :( Thinking maybe I should go back to bed. Just wasted the last four days on a project for someone. She LOVED it till an associate of hers said something negative and I'm the bad guy for giving what she asked for.

You need to contact support...Look at the tab ABOUT (above) and in the drop down menu there will be a contact link. USE IT.
It's already noon on Friday back east.....your time is limited to resolve this before the weekend.

We are onto this now for you. Please make sure you are not in your collectors account when you are seeing no images

I am only seeing one payment in February so please contact me via personal message with your other transaction ID so we can track it for you.

The premium site is enabled and I am finding out why it is showing on that link as a no-go

No changes have been made recently, besides uploading images. Have been too sidetracked to even do any customizing to it. hoping to do that this weekend and I have quite a bit more images to load.

I see I did change the name on the 02/20/2015 for you.

Ok, sorry I didn't see how a change so long ago could cause problems now? I guess that is why I am not tech support :)
