Sales Hisrory And Customer Info

I am new to FAA and just had my first sale and realized there is apparently no way to view sales history or customer info...I called customer support and was told they did not provide that information and I should submit a ticket about it. Is there a way to view the sales history and customer information with FAA or do they keep this from their members?

Your sales information can be found in the Behind the Scenes area. Scroll down to Accounting, and you'll see Sales.

The purchasing customer information does belong to FAA, because they're the ones who sold the product, mailed it out, and provided the guarantee. If you'd like to thank your customer, many folks leave a comment for them under the image that sold. Congrats on your first sale! :)

Thanks Christi for your reply...guess I am a bit lost...cannon find a "Behind the Scenes" area on my page...I have the premium package if that is any help....

From the page you're on right now here in Discussions, hover over your name in the upper right corner, directly beneath the shopping cart at the top of the page. You'll see Profile Page, Behind the Scenes, Activity, etc. Click Behind the Scenes, and there you'll be.

you'll find out where they live by town. but otherwise they aren't your customer, they are fine arts customer.

Upside of selling through a POD - the network of artists creates a market larger than any individual could create. Downside - your customer becomes their customer.
