Uploading Problem

I was uploading a new image, and at the end of the procedure I clicked on the "twitter" option.
I had no connection with twitter, so I clicked on "create".
At the end, there was not the option to return to the page of the image I was charging: the page was lost, and I had to recharge again the photo and fill out all the information again.
Why?
