Sold more and have been seen more by buyers there than here with their search system. All sites are different. Being on one doesn't mean ditching another. I have liked a few of the changes made there but definitely not all, but that can be said about any site. They royally screwed up search last year and many sellers suffered big time.
They will sometimes remove shops that are not in compliance when the shops are reported but it doesn't happen real fast. I suggested to them to just make a category for for 'commercial' in addition to handmade, vintage, supply after reporting a few shops myself. They opened pandora's box by changing their definition of 'handmade'.
Good things they did were to add drop down listing variations for different size prints on a single listing and to allow dropshipping. Dropshipping was originally only going to be for artists/photographers selling prints but within a few months anything could be dropshipped...which cracked pandora's box wider!
@Nancy, the bottles you purchased were probably listed under Supply category. Certainly there are cute crafty items there but there are also serious sellers that do use professional print labs or have pro printers themselves...that is in addition to the few that are printing on a $49 printer. Like any marketplace, it is buyer beware.
I hope things settle down there now that they've finally gone public. My mom sells jewelry there too. There is not another 'handmade' site that pulls in buyers as well as Etsy does, in spite of there being issues, it's still the better choice for many sellers until such time another site can pull in buyers like they do.
