Upload File Size Problem

Hi, I tried to upload image which is under 25MB, but the system rejected my files and only accept file size less than 17MB.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

yeah tried to upload one the other night .. 2.14 mg.. and it said there was a 25 mg maximum.. Im thinking.. am I losing my mind..? I know I checked it before.. I uploaded so I checked again and tried three more times and it finally took.
