I agree with that too. When that feature first started I thought it was great because those first five came from the gallery from which the main image originated....that made sense. I don't know why they changed it ...now I want to turn it off too!!!

Jim I almost forgot... How Much I Wish...when artists are searched in the main search box it took us to their profile page...not that weird search feature.

A good idea - and at least good for a chuckle with the management.

The problem there was if your image was in more than one gallery then it got hinky.

It is customizable up to six images....

I didn't realize it currently had any customizablity at all.

If you recall, when this feature was first added, the LAST, not LATEST images were being shown.

It shows the first six images in your portfolio as you have them listed.

I keep a specific six there to show a general cross section of my portfolio though sometimes leave new uploads there for a few days to get them seen.

Quite obvious really, It shows your latest work...

well, no...it shows whatever the artist chooses to keep in positions 0-5

Me too and those new images do get MORE traffic. :)

Yes well - the whole point of having "galleries" is to show buyers a group of images that are related in some way, the idea being that a buyer might see more than one that he likes - so logically a "More From" section would show other images from the same gallery. Since buyers find my photos by keyword search, I want to show them related photos, not just a grab bag of whatever I did recently, or my supposed "best" photos. I'd like them to see things they might be interested in.

As said above, I also keep six images there to show a cross section of my work. But I then created a new gallery, Latest Images (and placed it as my first gallery), where I show my last eight or nine images uploaded so that a visitor can easily see my latest work.
