When bring up FAA without logging in and do a keyword search of my name, my images come up but not my galleries or bio.
Why aren't these listed, and why doesn't my home page come up in the search?
It would make a great deal of sense to have a "profile search" by name. The closest thing I know of is the listing by how far artists are from you, which is of limited use.
This is because you are not looking at your profile. You are looking at a search page which is just for all art with the keywords all artists have added, or all artists with the same name, not just one
Your profile is the only page in your order. The other pages are in search order
When someone finds your art they can click on your name or the little mark next to your name. A menu drops down and they have the option to "view profile".
I think it would be easier for someone to do an artist search if that was one of the options offered where shop, products, collections, etc were listed.
Yes, Joshua, a profile search by name would be great.
Actually I wish it worked that way too...I just suggested that in the weekly suggestions...obviously won't be considered. I always thought that when you search for an artist by name it takes you to their profile page not the search function.
