Yes they do, but some people do not get them for whatever reason (spam folder issues, etc.)...I do receive them.

Always check 'Behind the Scenes'-this way you will know.

For cards, no, never got any email.

I always get them...but sometimes there is a long delay.

for everything they do... however if you have comcast, it's hit or miss whether you get them or not. i finally gotten in contact using twitter to see what's going on, haven't heard back from them today. as soon as i switched email people - i get all my mail. they were eating my twitter mail as well. even stuff mailed from this site - was blocked or something.

I do get them on my email but no message on FAA site.

I did put FAA on my whitelist after not getting one sales mail. Since this they did reach me again.
I don't know how they send them different because I had never problems with other mails from FAA. May be this is an other server which is seen as spam server. They should have a look at this.

Faa should use the internal system, that way everyone is getting their messages, just a thought...

They send them out for cards.

Many members never check their internal mail here.

I have to go in many members accounts to help them. I can assure you that JC is correct and some ... No, more than some, have over 100 messages totally unread.

I used to get messages, but no longer.

I just sold a card this morning and received an email.
