Murder On The Six O'clock News

They say, "Write about what you know," so back in the '90s, when I worked for CBS News in Los Angeles, I started chronicling the events that were being reported daily.

This is the novel that came out of it. You may read the first few chapters in my blog or on Amazon: http://amzn.to/1a0puGw Enjoy!

Many of you contribute to Abbie's short story discussion. If you have books on Amazon or elsewhere, show us where to find them.

The best site I've found for promotions is Goodreads... the people who go to that site read...http://www.goodreads.com/

I have made a few formatting changes in my novel and added a link to my AWS, and later added a piece of artwork.

I was wondering if any of you have made a Kindle coffee table book with your artwork, and if not--why not?

It's really easy and would draw more attention to your art.

Of course you would have to market it, just as you do for here. But when I get more time, that's what I intend to do.

Happy to say, I am getting sales!

If it seems that this discussion is "All About Me," then I apologize, but there are writers aboard that MIGHT be interested in publishing their writing and artwork on Amazon.

Anyway, today I created my Author's Page and it's free and looks like this.

As you see, they also repeat your Tweets, so it is double duty in my eyes.

I see any form of advertising as a good thing. Links to my AWS are all over the place, including at the beginning of the first chapters that one can read for free.
