Uploads Not Going Through - Issue

Unable to upload any images since 1 week now, Whenever I try to upload any regular jpeg file, I get an error message saying that only formats such as jpeg are accepted. A few days ago some other members also reported that they were facing the same problem. In my case the problem still continues. Any info on how to get around, or resolve, this issue, would be much appreciated... Abbie? Sean? Thanks everyone

Have you tried a different browser? Have you cleared your cache?

first make sure its a jpg, and not a different file with that extension. try a different browser. make sure the file isn't corrupt, save it again.

I have also been having problems uploading for the past several weeks. This is after YEARS of uploading without major issues. I am still using the same browser(s), I know the size and file-format preferences, nothing has changed at my end. Sometimes I'm able to get the upload to go through on the second time, but lately it never works the first time. And today I'm not able to get it to go through after 4 tries, 2 different browsers. Can't help but think this is an issue at FAA's end, since nothing has changed at my end.

I'm currently having this same issue. Just tried uploading an image. I loaded but when it opened the edit page, there was no picture, the tags, title, ect were all blank. I canceled and tried again. The 2nd time the image loaded but none of my default settings were there. It only had title, tags and descriptions that I saved in Lightroom. Canceled and will try again in a few.

Looks like this is one of those days to stay away from uploads. I've tried both uploading, and there was a photo I've updated and tried to edit and update that image. To avoid losing anything, I'm just going to stay away from uploading and editing for a while.
