Vendors And Galleries

I've been getting requests from retailers and galleries who are interested in selling my work. I would like to know the best ways to
1. Validate they are a really business.
2. Set up a seamless order system for vendors to order through.

1. I know I can ask for their EIN numbers, but I want to know if there are other ways to check.
2. I know we can set up discount codes, but can we make a discount code for a specificprice / vendor or CC?

How do you use FAA with commercial vendors?

for anyone wanting my work i always ask for a contract up front to see if they exist and what their terms are. if they aren't fair, i don't deal with them. i check the addresses and phone numbers to see where they go. like do the all end at someone's house? check how old their webpage is using a who is - if its' super new, i'd avoid them.

you can ask them which specific works - with a link, and see if they are actually real and not an oil rig scam.

i don't think there is a way to just order things, and they would want a bulk discount. you can use the designer prints site, but you can't control discount at all, and others will get discounts as well. you would have to print them yourself.
