Customer Service?
Hello, I am building my website http://1-dan-norris.artistwebsites.com. I have been trying to get someone at artistwebsites.com to contact me to assist with a couple of questions. I finally figured out that the prices I see when I am logged in are my cost, not retail. So, I subtracted those amounts from the retail that I want to charge, then used that figure as the markup that I want to charge to achieve the retail I want. The final figure is closer, but still not what I expect it to be. For example, my cost for a 24 x 16 canvas print, I think, is $105.60. If I want to sell it for $225, my markup should be $119.40. The retail that shows, however is $249.87, just under $25 more than the $225 that I expected. What am I missing? Next, how do I get my site to display without the Template #`1 in the upper left corner? Is there a process to publish the site? Your assistance will be appreciated. Dan Norris
