Photo Issue

Can anyone help with troubleshooting on an image? When it uploads, the top inch looks fine but the rest has like a white faded film on it....it's weird. I've deleted and uploaded again about 4 times and just that image is doing it.

Hit F5 after uploading. Your computer is remembering the old image. F5 will clear that memory.

If it is still happening after that, the file is likely corrupt. Save it again in your editor, but change the file name then re-upload.
