Help: Requested: (a) Clicking On Items In Favorites Folder Directs To Homepage; (b) How To Move Items To New Fav Folder

Hello My Friends - Perhaps I'm missing something but having two issues. I have placed 46 configured (frame, mat, etc) pieces of art in "My Favorites" folder over the last year. When I click on any one of them (the title or the picture itself), it takes me to the homepage - but i wish to purchase this configured art. How can i move it to the my CART? And how can I move anyone of them to another folder I created under My Favorites.

I just tried mine and I am having no problem being directed to the image page. All I could suggest is to put the title of the work into the search field and see if you can bring it up. Have you tried more than one? It may be that the one you chose is no longer available on this site.

I think you want to select the one for orders questions in the drop down menu.

Thanks Pamela and Andee. For now it looks like i'm all set -- I can go into my created folder and then add (its at the bottom). I will figure why it doesn't take me ot the image page some other time..

I will contact Support - Yes, I've tried many of them (different browsers, desktop/laptop; standing/sitting, etc) and they are still available, as I just purchased one. Hopefully, i wont' have reselect the options for all..
