Need Some Help Please

A member of one of my FAA groups is having issues with editing her art. Here is the problem;

"I'm having a problem Editing my paintings.
After I upload the painting to Pixels,
I start by completing all information required.

Where it reads "Original" this is where you fill out the
subject matter; Width, Height, Depth, Units,
Price, and select For Sale -Yes or No.
I fill this part out three times and made sure I select "Save".
For some odd reason, my information will not stay.
It remains empty within the "Original" field area. "

Does anyone know how to help her?

Thank you Abbie. She said she has done that. I even suggested to her to refresh the page after editing. She said she has done that too and still it's not taking the info.

Here is the discussion thread http://fineartamerica.com/groups/la-creme-de-la-creme-.html?showmessage=true&messageid=2381667 scroll to the bottom. her question is the third or fourth one up.

If she has done everything including trying it from a different browser, it may just be one of those work around glitches they may need to wait a few days and try again.

That was what I was thinking too Andee, thank you for your comment.

I have found that is less stressful right now if everything has been tried to try again another day and sometimes that works.

I hope they can get it to upload at some point. I know I had one that would not upload I tried all the tricks different browser....renaming etc etc and then Abbie made the comment in another thread days or weeks later that a file can be corrupt at saving it, so I took it back into PS and saved it again and with a new name too and that one worked. I made sure to delete all the ones that did not upload.

The problem start late last night.
I thought if I log off Pixels and log on in the morning
everything would right itself. So far it doesn't work.
I've try logging on to Pixels using a friends PC.
The problem remains.
