Not Receiving Email Notifications Of Sales

I've been with FAA since 2012 and have always received an email notification whenever an image sold. Since the 15th of this month, however, I've had five sales but received no notices. I found out about them by accident.

I have not changed my email address in all this time. I checked my FAA settings to see if it somehow changed unbeknownst to me, and nope. I also checked my spam and trash folders and there are no FAA messages there.

What else should I do?

Congratulations on five sales. Who cares about the e-mails? I love it when I find out either by someone leaving a comment or by me going to the Sales area in Behind the Scenes.

are you on comcast or aol? they destroy incoming mail. since i switched to another place, i get all my FAA stuff, and twitter stuff. i have to find a place i can complain too.

frustrating, i know....but sales are worth congratulations!
You can always check behind the scene for sales if you don't want to be surprised.
If you aren't getting the newsletter, sometimes just changing the day to Sunday works as well. If it is already Sunday, change to another ay and then back again.

Thanks, Joseph and Mike. My main concern is that maybe there might be a problem with my image and I won't get an email from "quality control" advising me of the problem and so I wouldn't be able to rectify it.

I AM receiving emails from customers asking for an image in a much larger size or a different aspect ratio, so that aspect is working fine.

And no, Mike, I'm not on Comcast nor AOL, but thanks for the warning!

Marlene, thanks for the newsletter idea. I'll give that a try.

The congratulations emails are certainly not necessary, but it's so much fun to see them pop up, isn't it?

My main concern is that the email notification has been working fine since 2012 and now nothing. Makes me paranoid.

In addition, I ticked the box here that says "Please notify me via e-mail when someone replies to this discussion" and I have received no such e-mails, even though there have been replies. Something is definitely wrong.

AOL does not destroy incoming mail. I've had AOL for all of my mail for 17 years with no problems.

I wonder how many people checked their sales page after reading this? ;-)

no your missing mail. thing is, you don't know about what your missing because you never got it. i've sent attachments, images, etc to aol - and they never ever got it. same thing with comcast. i thought i was getting it all, but in reality they are erasing like 40% of my mail. since i switched addresses i can see the light now, or i should say the mail.

i check my sales every 5 min or so, i have it as a bookmark, that's where i come in from.

My sales e mails used to always come to my inbox but a few months ago they suddenly started going to my spam folder instead. I get most of my e mail notifications from FAA fine, such as the e mails from group admins and contests etc. I also worry that I will miss it if I should get an email about needing to fix a problem with a sold image. So now I have to remember to check my spam folder regularly...
