2-1 & 3-9? One Month Return Policy?

Well, it's finally happened.

My first return.

Like many others have expressed, it frustrates me that I have no idea why it was returned. Did they not like the print quality? Did the color not look right? Of course, I'll never know.

I am thankful that I have been fortunate enough to make as many sales as I have and this is my first return.

However, I was shocked when I found it yesterday, because the sale was on 2-1. On 3-1 I thought it was cleared for payment, I was expecting the money on the 15th. If in technicality there were a few more days because of the length days of the month, etc...okay, maybe 3-2 or 3-3. Nope. It was refunded 3-9, but it says returned for a refund within 30 days. If that's true...that means it took another week to reflect on my account!???

I had no idea that refunds can be placed on my account a week after the 30 day period. That's kinda disappointing. But life goes on.

Had my first Cancellation prior to shipment in July then my first return just inside the 30 days in October. My sales tanked the same month. That would have been my best month ever. Returns stink for sure!

I believe they allow some extra days past the 30 since the customer does not receive the item until xx days after they place their order.

That seems like the right thing to do to me. There are many reasons a customer may return an order that may not really have anything to do with the quality of the work itself.

I have had a few returns since joining in 2009 and although each one has been disappointing, I was always glad that I did not have to be involved with handling that transaction.

its often 45 days after purchase. 30 day money back, 15 days to return it.
