Annual Membership Renewal : Double Billing Error
Hi,
Can anyone steer me in the direction of the accounts area at FAA? I seem to have been double-billed for my annual membership renewal.
In Canada, an annual membership is $38.59 ($30 US); however, two $38.59 transactions were processed by FAA, both on the same date, so my total bill came to $77.18.
I've contacted support (Tech; hoping they would forward to right area if it wasn't them; no response) ; then I tried contacting the email provided by Google Analytics for Fine Art America (its invalid). I didn't really want to bring this to a "discussion board', but I'm stuck at the moment.
