Trouble Downloading Tax Document

I've written six notes to FAA and there has been no answer. I am unable to download my tax document with either my EIN or SS number. Anyone else with the same problem?

Didn't you receive your tax form in January? They were emailed to us. But only if you made at least $600.00 last year.
