Here's the bottom line, ANYBODY can sue ANYBODY! Thanks for calling..............LOL!
The law states that "art" of other logos,(Campbell Soup), buildings,trademarks,etc. is legal to sell for "non-commercial"purposes, like art work. WHat you can't do, is take a logo or trademark and then sell it as stock, for an ad or billboard, since then it becomes purely commercial and you don't have the legal right to sell that usage.
With that said, there really isn't anything in this image that shouts, Exxon, or Texaco, or BP, so you're fine. As long as you keep this as a non-commercial product, you won't be bothered. If you decide to make this into a calendar and have Walmart sell it, then the black and white,becomes gray and that's where those greedy lawyers come in!
