Any Way To Assure Images Will Print Prior To Order?

I've got an opportunity to put a bid in for a big art buy by a convention center type place.

The plan is to put the bid in based of FAA prices and have the work shipped directly if it is accepted.

Once the bid is in anything accepted has to ship.

Is there anyway to pick out 5 images and be sure they will ship at the sizes selected on the material selected prior to the order?

Not to rock the establishment, because I LOVE FAA, but at least for my work there are cheaper/better places to get your work printed that will print whatever you send them.

Food for thought.

But other than that here until a sale is made I am not aware of a way you can check the artwork.

I guess the easy way would be to order a small one for yourself before hand...

Small wouldn't help as print acceptance is size specific.

Contact Avbie directly and she can give you a good idea or maybe coordinate with Dawn to know for sure.

@ Thomas - I know there may be cheaper places but fulfillment by FAA is easy and when they get the bid it will be easy for them to look online and see printing for smaller sizes if they want to go smaller or choose different materials.

I don't think budget constraints are too tight as it seems to be a gigantic public grant.

Thanks Abbie! Got the email. I'll follow up as soon as I figure out which ones.

Yeah if they are online looking FAA is perfect! I figured if you were submitting for a large bid you would have competition and be bidding under your own retail.
