what's with the bubbles?

clarity wise, some of the bubbles look stretched and the background is a little noisy. that squiggle on the bottom is distracting

mostly i think the bubbles don't help it, and they would be transparent showing the background. however they wouldn't really be rainbow since you need light to refract and there isn't any. i can see you in the bubbles, or some kind of camera in the reflection.

Some thing needs to be in focus. Right now, it seems every thing is blurry, even the bubbles which I thought would be the one thing in focus.
