Help!

I am a longtime FAA member. I just joined pixels.com and now when I sign into FAA -- everything is gone! The site says I haven't uploaded anything! I deleted my history and it still happens. Would somebody please rescue my site?

You didn't need to join pixels...you just check it in behind the scenes under domains. Is that what you did?

You can't log into Pixels! Only FAA and AW

I'm wondering if you created a second account?

Yep...your stuff is still there. Just log out of the new account you created and into your old account.

Sell Art Online

Delete the new one...all you have to do to be part of pixels is make sure it has a check mark beside it - behind the scenes...domains.

Thanks, everybody. Yes, I joined pixels.com on the advice of the moderater for the FAA group, Group and Contest Administrators. I didn't know what pixels.com was and didn't realize it was just another version of FAA. He said join both and so I did. Unfortunately, FAA (or pixels.com) associates my computer address with my e-mail address and it tells me my e-mail address is wrong when I try to log in. I need to figure out a way to get signed into FAA from a different computer, I guess.

I think it would be your best bet to notify tech support & cancel your new acct. to avoid the logging in confusion.

pixels and faa are the same site with the same login. you made a new account in pixels, but you had to have used a different email to set up there. log out of that, and go back into your old account. but you have to log out of one to be in the other.

I didn't know that. I was making changes on Pixels the other day and I was logged into both here and there. It didn't do anything funky....I couldn't edit over there unless I logged in even though I was logged in here at the time.

I'm confused...... sorry, Sandy, this is slightly off topic. I just don't want to disappear as well if I'm doing something wrong.

Yes, I understood that, but I thought someone else said if we're logged in here we're also logged into Pixels, and I found that not to be the case, I had to log in there as well. Just curious.

It's Friday, I'm probably not reading things right LOL. Never mind.

No you are right, you are not logged in automatically but you can be logged in at the same time. I am on both on Chrome and FF
