Splitting Account Into 2 Separate Accounts

I have an account with my images and my husband's. Is it possible for FAA to separate the accounts & I transfer the images, comments, etc. from one account to a newly created account? The account has been up and running for about 3 years & I would like to keep comments but split images into a his & hers account.

i think what most people do, to keep it cheap and simple, is to mark your images with your name and his with his name. but you would still get the same check. otherwise your ratings in the search may drop, all your links may break, and it may confuse.

I guess it depends if the family dynamic is cooperative or competitive. The movie Big Eyes showed the danger of not making it clear who did the work.

Like Mike says it probably more cost effective to keep everything together but then again there is a lot to be said about keeping individuality in a relationship.

You could also edit each of your names on specific images. Keep the joint account, but list each image for whichever of you created it. As it is, if one of you has to create a new account and move (i.e. delete then readd) images, that person is going to take a hit in the search.

Dotty,
I'd fill out a ticket and send it to Abbie to review. The contact link is in the drop down menu for "ABOUT" above..

I would think the easiest way would be if faa could duplicate your portfolio and you rename the new one. Then you can eliminate yours for his and his from yours.
