Test Print

Is there away to get a test print from FAA to check my calibration accuracy? I think with shipping the smallest print size i could get would be around $18.I can't see anywhare on the site where they have test prints or small sizes that are inexpensive. I just want to verify that my prints will be a quality product to sell with out having to buy a bunch just to find out. My monitor has been calibrated with Colormunki Display at 2.2 Gama, 6500K, and 100 luminace. I'm using an Imac (mid 2010). All my photos have been captured and will be outputted from Lightroom 5 in sRGB. Is FAA still using the Epson 9800 printers that I had seen posted from 2 years ago, or have they upgraded? Also what would be the best paper to print landscape photos on, matte, glossy, luster, ect... Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Steve

Aren't cards printed somewhere different to other prints,Mike?

they used to be then he took them home again. but it is a different paper and each paper will look a bit different. metal, shiny metallic papers, and so on - each will have a different look. i personally never had issues with people not liking the color. as far as i know.

Steve,

Not an issue with prints or canvases, etc. The greeting cards are printed some where else and won't be ideal. If you have a calibrated screen than you're good to go. On the other hand, as I've posted many times, the buyers don't have calibrated screens, so it's really not important. If your monitor is close, then you're ready, no need for a test print. What comes out from N.C printers may or may not be exact, but doesn't matter, it's very close. Just upload the right files and colorspace and relax.
