No Full-resolution Previews (not Solved) / Twitter Not Linking (solved)

I am now manually posting to twitter ... :(

If your title is too long it will not post to Twitter due to all the extra info added in the sync from here.

The green res box (High res preview) does have issues from time to time.

I like the Twitter sync so I stopped making my titles extra long with dashes/hyphens etc and now they Tweet fine.

It looks like the green res box (High res preview) issues are frequent as i was trying to re-upload an image for 3 hours yesterday, already did this again today (2 hours, multiple tries) no joy :(

You are welcome. I use to make my titles longer before using the Twitter sync option. Had I know back then I would not have ever made them long. Others just do not worry about it but the Twitter sync with the canvas print view in more important to me than a long title so I opt for one that fits and still Tweets. Seeing an image is a big impact in my book. I would click on an image before a link on twitter. Others you will find feel different. But I love those canvas preview that show on the sync to Twitter.

I like having the ability to actually add hashtags to my posts in twitter (you know, so it works like designed) so I don't twitter sync.

Still no joy with the full-resolution previews, and no responses from Technical Support, any feedback tech support please :(

Full resolution previews have been spotty for months if not years; this has been reported numerous times and I've never seen a satisfactory answer. In some cases, the loss of full resolution previews meant that the image itself was lost in some sense - I think this happened to me once, and if I remember correctly, the tipoff was that the print size options for that image were wrong, because the image pixel dimensions were lost.

It looks like it it causing issues for more users than I thought then.

Would you know if there is any steps we can follow when uploading to help with this or is it a technical fault ? All files are below 25MB, but for some the full-res prev just doesn't work.

Very concerned now that the uploaded files might not be interfaced correctly at all.

I sincerely hope that this can be resolved as it's causing a lot of unnecessary time loss and frustration.

Other than this, the FAA service is a Great Platform.
