Ipad App Black Screen

ok I bought an ipad today and downloaded the pixels app. All I get is a black screen and 2/5 other reviews are sighting this issue. So is this resolved or a ipad newbie issue?

That app was worthless from day 1

Never had an issue with the iPad app. Works very well and many customers use it so I definitely will not say it's worthless Chase.

However, Mary, they are in the process of upgrading so I would hang on a day or two.

Abbie,
So this is a version 8 issue?

Hanging in there. Can you let us know when Sean gets time to address this?

I use the app in iOS 8 every day with no issues.

Frank,
What version of the app are you running?

Abbie, can you ask Sean to make sure the downloads aren't corrupted?

I have the latest OS and it just gives a black screen :-(

EDIT: Oops. It works now, don't know why it glitched. Probably "operator error" but at least i have regained some kudos with my family ;-)

Is it me or does the pixels app for ipad have a new look??

Does it? Ive had it since it was started but I never use it.

I have never found a use for it other than the time I showed my mother my pictures. She flipped through my entire portfolio. I mever upload from my ipad, the notifications are wonky, and the "see it on your wall" is too small

Yes, there seems to be a new drop down menu and the notifications are working like never before! It seems to look more clear and bright as well.

If there's a black screen behind your image rather than a transparent one that shows the wall, try this.

1) Select the iPad 'Settings' app
2) Select 'Privacy'
3) Select 'Camera'
4) To the right of the Pixels.com icon is an on/off switch, if it's not green, slide it to 'on' (green)

Hope this helps somebody.

Dave
