Can you cut and paste the error text?

There are some computer savvy folks here and you might also try sending it to FAA support.

What browser are you using? Maybe try a different one. Try clearing your cache.

I'm using Firefox and it worked fine yesterday.

Hmm. I *think* it's a php image handler error and it looks like it's failing to write to the server. Is this happening with different images or just the same one? Is the file size correct for upload, and it's RGB and all that?

It is RGB. File size is 4880 px by 3232 px at 240 DPI, about the same as what I was uploading yesterday. I just tried the same image twice and it happened twice.

When in doubt, try a different browser. Sometimes when I have had my computer start acting funky...and slower than molasses I power cycle my router (by unplugging it and turning it back on.) Also, you can clear your cache. Make sure your image is less than 25 megabytes (which you probably knew...but I thought I would share "just in case."

Thanks Andrea Kelley, I just started here so any and all information is helpful. It's under 5MB so it shouldn't be that.

I have seen that myself and usually because I have more than one faa tab open...or at least I think that is what it was. Now I usually just upload an image with title and then go back and edit it for everything else....saves the time of adding all the info and then having the upload fail.

I'm having this issue now too, I relaoded 4 times, shut off computer, reset everything
