Are you on the latest? I'm on iPad and it's working beautifully

changing the frames works perfect for you? My iPhone and others which are the newest it isn't working for changing the frames

Changing frames and mats works perfectly on my iPad as well.

I have noticed that the Paypal payment option does not work on the widget. When the buyer goes to login to Paypal, the frame disappears and nothing happens. I mentioned this a few times in the suggestions/bugs thread.

Have you not heard back on how to fix this?

No, not yet. I think they should just remove the PayPal option from the widget, but as the iFrame is basically a window through to FAA, I don't think it's possible. The problem is probably that PayPal won't allow itself to be opened in an iFrame.

Having the same problem as Cody, when I click on a black tab to change size, mat, etc, the whole box goes away. It's only a problem in widget/iframe mode. Just to be sure:

At Cody's store, pick the first photo. In the options box, select the second tab, marked 'Mat'. On my iPad and iPhone, the box, tabs and all disappears.

I haven't used the widget on my website because of this. I wonder what might be different about our gear? Mine's an iPad 2 with the newest OS release, using mobile Safari.

Thanks,
Dave

No, it is working fine on my Safari, also

I am trying to think of anything else we may have different on our systems

Got it. In the Safari settings, there are options for cookies. If you choose 'Allow from current website only', the widget can't save info because it's in an iframe, which isn't the current website. If you set it to 'Allow websites I visit', it works fine. Sites typically test to see if they can write a cookie, then notify the user with something that tells them if they need to change the setting. It's not much of a security concession to make, but you need to know is's causing trouble with a site before you'd think of changing it.

Thanks for following through on this, Cynthia and Lady I, lots of support folks bail out after 'I can't reproduce it'...

My pleasure. BTW, if you've ever shopped or searched for a toothbrush, and wondered why everyone from CNN to iluvlolcatz is trying to sell you toothpaste, it's all about the third party cookies.

This is now fixed. If anyone still has any trouble using the shopping cart widgets on an iPad or iPhone, just let me know.
