My harddrive crashed and I've lost my original files. Is there anyway to download my images from my account?

Abbie can get them to you.

On the other hand, if you haven't tried Recuva, try it. I've saved many a busted, formated, erased hard drive.

I know you don't want to here it but why are they not backed up to the cloud?

So does that mean I can't get the file back from fine art America? I don't have cloud :(

Kathryn, I think what David means is that you can back up files via the internet as an option for saving and and later retrieving in case of such a catastrophic incident happens to your hard drive. There are a multitude of options. Fickr is one option available for free but there are other alternatives.

Get cloud storage. Carbonite is one good example.

You can get your images back from FAA. Write to tech support.

If it was your computer, and not actually your hard drive, I was able to buy (for about $20) a thing from Best Buy that you can insert your computer's hard drive into and then connect it to another computer with a USB and see all the things on that old hard drive. My computer's mother-board crashed, but I was able to remove it's hard drive - insert it into this gadget (sorry I don't recall the name) and essentially now I have another external hard-drive.

I wrote to tech support. Hopefully I will hear back on Monday. Thank you all for the help!
