Help With Head Shot On Artistwesite Page

I was able to change my headshot on FAA profile page....but on my Artist page I go to home page/headshot/browse/open/use this/....then I wait for it to upload, but the seconds keep ticking after it says it's completed, and when I click 'close', it is not uploaded to the headshot spot. I have logged out, logged back in, started over, and still can't get it to work. Any suggestions? Thank you.
