Posting To Facebook Page

I post my photography and art images to my Facebook Page because I don't want to bombard family and friends with these images, Facebook posts it to my regular profile anyway, What do I need to do to keep these posts off my profile page? I have checked all the settings behind the scenes ..

Go Behind the Scenes and make sure you have clicked the right option. You may accidentally have clicked to have posts go to your personal page.

Checked everywhere behind the scenes and could not find where to change the post ..I checked under the regular profile settings and the page profile, I sent a message under the help tab to Facebook ,,,hope it works, Otherwise I have to start going in and deleting the posts,,,I wish there was a way to completely separate the two profiles,

Did you check behind the scenes in Default setting?

Default settings: uncheck the box beside facebook wall.

I have such a behind scenes mess I don't know where to begin, FAA behind scenes shows that I don't have a Facebook page enabled,or that the link is broken, Don't know how to fix that, Meantime the shop tab is and always has been on my Facebook page,??!! Don't know where to being to correct the problem if there is one,,,I checked behind the scenes faa and the boxes to post under default settings for twitter Facebook and the page were unchecked, Meantime everytime I add artwork to faa it posts to twitter anyway,,,like it or not, Most of the time it is ok but sometimes not ,,If anyone has a clue would appreciate it, I was going behind the scenes on Facebook to try to determine where to adjust my settings so as not to have my posts for the page to end up on my personal profile page,...but could not find anything to correct the problem, I really enjoy photography and painting but honestly I find myself having to spend too much time on the sites trying to keep pace with the never ending changes ..wish time ,better yet... technology would stand still!

You say your boxes are unchecked in default setting? So check the box for: Post to Facebook Fan Page

Judy, you can always post to your Facebook page manually! That's what I do.

Jessica that is what I do,,,manually,,,but when I post manually the post also goes to my personal profile page,,,that is the problem,
Also the box was unchecked to post under default setting so i checked it, I don't mind doing it manually,,,even prefer it,,,just don't want it to post to my regular profile too,,,

Judy I mean manually go to the image you want to post and copy the browser URL and post on your Facebook page.

YOU have to post it on your page not your profile!

That is exactly what I have been doing, I either go to the url ,,,or the http under the pic itself, and I post it directly to the page,,,but Facebook puts the same post on my profile page,.thats the problem

That never happens to me. Copy URL in browser, then go to your Facebook page and paste the URL into your status update on your PAGE

Whoaa!!!just realized something,,,the post that went to Facebook profile page was from Flickr,,,not FAA,,,and when I posted it,,,a prompt came up asking which profile I wanted to post to and I indicated the page and it posted to both, Sorry for the confusion, I don't usually post to Facebook from Flickr,,,just faa, Thx Jessica!
