Janice, I already gave my son and his wife lots of art for their walls but I'm hoping these will be special to them. My problem is I won't be able to hold them until sometime in June when my arm should be healed.

Julia, they live about a half an hour from us.

I am the mother of twins, now 22, a boy and a girl. It has been beyond wonderful, extremely busy and I am so proud of the adults they are becoming. One word of advice to the future parents: Record EVERYTHING because the little things they do every day will be forgotten. Trust me on that. I didn't get a video camera until they were 5 months old-don't ask me about those first 4 months because I don't remember any of it. I recorded twice a day for about 5-10 minutes at least until they were 2 or 3.

(Quite frankly, I wonder what parents of singles do with all that free time!)

Here's a portrait I did of my beautiful Daughter-in-Law when she married my son Kevin. It hangs in their bedroom facing the portrait I did of my son Kevin. I think my grandchildren will be very good looking if they take after their mother.
