Web Bots

How come when I search pages on FAA, no one ever has as many web bots as I do?

Trust me, I'm a contender!

Every picture I post gets a number of views within seconds from Beverly Hills, CA and NYC, NY. Makes my view count look good but I know the number is inflated by the bots.

I get exactly the same visitors - are they triggered by certain keywords one could avoid?

When you use twitter and other social media, you get a S.L. of bots.

What makes you think you're getting more then other members out of curiosity?

What bots you get are from social media and you appear to delete your images and then upload new ones so those numbers will change.

Joshua--I've just been looking at some other accounts that were uploaded recently--like mine, but they don't have all the ones from NY, Beverly Hills, and other CA locations. I just assumed they were bots. Am I wrong?

Jeffery--Yes, I just delete mine a lot because I can't afford to pay for the premium account right now. Once I find the exact 25 pieces I want permanently, then I'll leave them up for awhile, see if I get any lookers or buyers, I guess.

David--thanks, I didn't realize that.

Bots... My favorite subject!

I think we should have more threads about them!

thing is, it could take months before an image sits long enough to sell anything. keep erasing things and its a sure way to never have a single customer ever. google tends to drop those that are always breaking links from my understanding. a store that only has a product on a shelf for a week won't keep customers.

you can't judge via ip on other works. they may have a 1000 followers all of which just looked at it. so any bots would have been washed away.

they may also not print it with that giant watermark like name you have on the bottom of them.
