Do You Know A Website Recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a 'free' website (that accepts codes) not associated with FAA. I wish to use it to blog and sponser other's artwork in order to promote myself on FAA's main page and be able to get in their search engines with my artwork. I tried one site but it didn't accept codes and the images wouldn't transfer. Any thoughts?
