Image Usage. Please Help

I have had a request on twitter from some one to use some of my images for a website and brochure and I am not sure how to proceed. Could it be a scam? Here is the message sent:
Hi John I was curious about some images for a client in a design for a website and brochure. Is this something that you would consider?

Any assistance from the some of the experienced folks here on FAA would be greatly appreciated'

I had a similar request from a person who saw one of my images on Flickr. She sent me her email and I checked the advertising company which looked legit. They do a lot of advertising design for new housing and shopping developments. I asked for more information on the project and quoted her a price. I probably went a little cheap since it was my first request of that kind. They sent a check out immediately and I sent them the image. Everything went well!

Just reply and say sure. what is the budget for this project? Who is the agency and what is the usage,

And if they ask you what you want to be paid, ask THEM what they usually pay. They may offer more than you would ask for.

It is the first time I have had a request like this, what kind of price tag goes with usage? Do I need a contract? Limited or unlimited? I will answer back with "sure" as Rich says and see where it goes.
