Contest Ann Temkin Chief Curator Of Painting And Sculpture Museum Of Modern Art

Works will be selected by artist Jaclyn Conley. Ann Temkin, chief curator of painting and sculpture at MOMA,
will select one participant to be offered a 2016 solo exhibition at Five Points Gallery.

This contest is happening in Connecticut's smallest city, Torrington. Ann Temkin is from Torrington.
She is part of the family that founded the Temkin company.

Others are from the University of Hartford arts department.

I think this is an interesting opportunity. The gallery space is a good size. With possibly
three images from every entry sent in digitally, possibly only 10 to 20 artists will
be in the final selection. People as far away as California are entering into this contest.
