Help Please

My account including home page on FAA does not appear. I cannot see my a/c at all. It gives me a message starting with $query - $result - $num then a garbled message stating my account is closed.

THIS IS INCORRECT AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED. I should NOT be getting a message my account is closed.

My pixel a/c is http://joy-watson.pixels.com/ and my artist website is http://joy-watson.artistwebsites.com/ both are still working but not here on Fine Art America.

My Fine Art Australia also works and allows me to log in http://fineartdownunder.com/profiles/joy-watson.html
It has been like this for over twenty four hours.

I can log in to my Pixels, Fine Art Austral and Artists Website only, Not FAA.

Can anyone see my home page on FAA. My renewal is not due for a few months time.

Thanks for looking Fran. If I click on my name I see a garbled message.

It is only happening here on Fine Art America so I cannot sign into my account.

works for me, I suggest clearing your browser cache, cause it looks to be on your end only

Thanks Joe for looking. I cannot understand why I cannot. Just a garbled message stating my a/c is closed which is incorrect.

Joy,

I too have been having intermittent issues signing on to my account here from multiple Pc's fopr a week. Figured it was a glitch that will get resolved. Perhaps FAA can look into this.

Hi Heather, not sure what you mean. I have signed off and on a few times and still gives me the same message. I also went under Fine Art America and signed on that way and still the same message.

Thanks Mike for looking. I agree I think it is a FAA problem. I only use the one computer.

No difference after re starting my computer.

restarting the computer doesn't clear caches...

IE is notoriously $hite.
It basically only exists so you can download a better browser! haha
Click the little gear thing in the top right corner, go to your internet options.
In the General tab, you'll see browsing history and a delete button.
Hit delete.
Close down IE, open it back up.
See if that works.
