Are Drone Photographers Or Drone Artists....artists?

Is a photographer an artist, if he uses a drone? Is a painter an artist if he uses a drone? If so who is more of an artist?

your still and artist depending how you use the device. your an artist if you paint it, hold the brush, do it digitally, or control a device. however taping a brush to a cat - then your not so much an artist.
