Price Changing?

On my website when I click on the shop tab my art shows up with a cost of $19 (not correct price) listed below it. When you click on the art it takes you to the screen with all the items for sale and my art print is listed as $21 (correct price). None of my products are $19. Has anyone run into this and know how to fix it? I seems like a bait and switch tactic from the customer's end. I was hoping to start marketing my website and art tonight/tomorrow but I want to fix this problem before I do. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I see you are new to the site, welcome.

What you are seeing is the cost if you were to purchase a print. If you click on the price details, you would see what it would cost a customer to purchase an item.

It is no bait and switch, it's your view because you are logged in.

Actually I am rereading your post and realized I am not sure what you are talking about. There is nothing showing for $19.

I see. Here http://marquette-map.artistwebsites.com/art/all/all/all?sort=featured it is definitely showing $19 but here http://marquette-map.artistwebsites.com/featured/marquette-map-marquette-map.html it is definitely showing $21. That is weird. I've never seen that happen before.

You might want to contact technical support.

James- Thank you for your response. I am glad that it seems to be a glitch just on my website so hopefully it can be fixed. I contacted tech support yesterday but I am still waiting on an answer.

I sent this on to the coder from Tech Support as I do see a $2 difference. Usually it does round it to the nearest full amount

Lady Isabella- Thank you! I am really hoping they fix it soon since I have a marketing event in 3 hours that I am going to have to cancel if it is not fixed.
