To change template #1 go to edit website appearance, then on the left side see: Homepage. Click on the tab that says title and put in your name or whatever you want to name it.or you can upload a logo.
For the promotion coupon on right side of header go to the same place and click on Header and the tab :custom #2 and delete what is there
