Losing Resolution During The Upload Process

images in my ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 8 is showing at W8258 and H9792.
In my FAA gallery it is showing as W1726 and H2048. how this can this be corrected?

Maybe because you're creating the artwork on an iPad? I would think 1 iPad pixel = 1 PC pixel, but that may not be the case.

Your work is being reduced by a factor of 4.78.

My guess would be your export settings.
