Karen, just go community/groups/search groups, then type what you're looking for and it should bring up a bunch of groups in that category.. there's a join group button on the right side of the home page of each group.
1. Go to: http://fineartamerica.com/groups.html 2. Type a word that interests you in the search box
3. Wait for the search engine to identify groups that have little to nothing to do with the search term you just entered
4. Click in the Group Name you like
5. Click "Join Group" on the right hand side of the page
6. Done
Richard! Strange fact about the search that I have tired a few times to have fixed and it is not... it works backwards. If you type in a word, go to the bottom of the page and the last page and it will be there normally
