Purchasing Appears To Be Broken?

The cart is going haywire, adding and subtracting items randomly. It keeps changing my country selection to a foreign country as well. Needless to say impossible to order right now.

I just clicked Cart right now, and things are magically appearing in there out of nowhere, and they keep changing...haha

Do you maybe happen to be using an Internet service provider that shares IPs and/or broadband?
