How To I Unlock For The Share

can someone tell me how do i make my work to share , when i click on the tweet /google/facebook etc buttons it says this artist doest want you to share on .....how do i change that :)

Under your name at top right go to Behind the scenes (control panel), Under Marketing see Share buttons.
