Personal Activity Page Filters

I love seeing new artwork that the members I am following are posting. But I would like to disable seeing all the images they are choosing as favorites.

Can the filters on our personal activity page be changed? If so, how?

I agree, although it is interesting to see some people post the same exact comment on multiple images by differet photogartists, if you know what I mean. I wish the activity page were more like Flickr where I could choose what not to see. I do use the activity page a fair bit too

On the left side of the activity page you have choices as to what activity you want to see, such as new posts, comments, featured work, etc

Yes Jessica, but you can either pick one option at a time if you unchoose "All Activity." I would like to be able to set up the feed for myself to choose not to see who everyone in my list faves, for example, but to see everything else and have the page remember that. The activity feed is pretty user-unfriendly.

I agree, some of the activities are overboard sometimes. I actually had to remove someone that I admire from my watch list because every day, they would fill almost the entire activity page with their favs. and such.

@Kathy, after reading I started to think, I do not think that would ever be possible. Why? because its part of the feature of having an activity page in the first place. When I follow someone like others their work fascinates me and I like to keep up with new artwork they upload. If you have a control then all you will have posted on your activity page would be there AVATAR that IMO would seem defeating the purpose of following the individual in the first place.

And by having the feature following when they have activity as favoring I have personally seen a piece of work of another member I would not even known existed. And I follow them and so forth. That never bothered be because its an activity page and that what activity pages represent activity, lol. Who knows, with the next big feature as far we know it may all be taken care of.

The activity we see is updated and its not as if we see everything at once. Personal it does enable me because I am an administrator of two groups I get a indication that member may have posted a particular image into my groups. And then of course I see everyone I follow and I must give them credit because they sure stay active commenting, every time this is done remember your photo does move up on the actual listing page.

Every image I have ever received a comment on, I have typed my response and not a copy paste message every response is typed manually.

.

I can't even "uncheck" All Activity!
